Secretary

Mariëlle Selser has been working on the staff of the Delta Commissioner since 1 March 2010. Her duties as general secretary include the provision of information, scheduling activities within the framework of the Delta Programme and keeping track of the decisions taken. Prior to this position, Mariëlle Selser held the post of deputy project leader at the “1 logo” project. The object of this project is to implement a single logo and house style within all the national government organisations.

Mariëlle Selser has worked for the national government since 2001. She started out at the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment, first as a trainee and later on as a communications adviser. Subsequently she was appointed as a policy director at the Ministry of Finance.
